VOLUNTEERING
All professionals receive one day of paid leave each year to volunteer their time and service in local communities for causes they are passionate about. In 2019, FTI Consulting experts volunteered 6,300+ hours.

Our Matching Gifts Program increases the impact of our professionals’ charitable contributions. In 2019, FTI Consulting supported more than 800 charitable organizations and saw a 24% percent increase in charitable donations matches compared with the previous year.

FTI Consulting is committed to conducting business in an environmentally sound and resourceful manner. As a professional services firm with no manufacturing or product distribution activities, FTI Consulting’s environmental impact is relatively small. Nonetheless, FTI Consulting continuously seeks to promote environmental sustainability.
Key sustainability initiatives and achievements include:
- More than 65% of employees worldwide work in LEED certified (or equivalent) offices.
- 100% of computers are equipped with video conferencing capabilities to reduce the environmental impact of travel.
- Banned the use of black cars in 2017.
- 17% reduction in paper usage since 2014.
- Printers worldwide are defaulted to print double-sided to reduce paper usage.
- Commitment to environmentally safe disposal or recycling of technology equipment.
